HR Coordinator and Office Administrator
About the job:
- Assistance with employment contracts, government filings and accounting related tasks, coordinating activity with our accounting firm.
- Coordination of activities with US parent company.
- Active participation in recruitment activities and HR duties (listing open positions, identifying candidates, interviewing candidates).
- Office administration.
- Company events organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Economics.
- 2+ years of experience in HR/office administration.
- Fluent in English – both spoken and written.
- Perfect computer skills (email, word processing, spreadsheets and social media).
- Good understanding of company financials.
- Good understanding of legal dynamics of employment in Lithuania.
