Jeff Nelson, Vice President
Since 2006 Jeff Nelson has served as the general director of Strategic Staffing Solutions International based in Vilnius, Lithuania, where S3I helps leading global companies establish and grow near-shore centers.
Jeff is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP), the industry standard-setting certification of Staffing Industry Analysts.
Previously, Jeff was the Washington, DC-based executive director of The U.S.-Baltic Foundation, a private educational and advocacy organization dedicated to strengthening ties between the U.S. and Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. During Jeff’s tenure, the foundation raised and managed more than $9 million in program activities. He has also served as the development manager of the National Endowment for Democracy, a privately managed grant-making foundation funded by the U.S. Congress, with an annual budget of more than $40 million.
Mantas Paskevicius, S3I Country Manager
He joined S3I in 2006 and has spent more than seven years helping clients successfully establish Shared Service Centres (SSCs) in Lithuania by providing them with market analysis, best practices, cultural integration, employer branding and workforce strategies.
Mantas played a key role in SSCs staffing projects for global organizations placing more than 500 FTEs annually.
Before joining S3I, he held positions in IT and sales.
From 2003 to 2004 Mantas was also involved in nonprofit organizations to promote Lithuanian and American relationships. He received Honorary Citizenship of State of Nebraska because of his contribution to the development of political, economical and social relations among Lithuanian and American communities.
Mantas received his MSc in computer engineering at Kaunas University of Technology in Lithuania.
